Kerala Startup Mission(KSUM) with LetsVenture and Konglo Ventures was conducted “Seeding Kerala-Edition 1” on 28th and 29th of January at Park centre, Technopark. KSUM functions with a vision to support and nurture the startups in the state of Kerala.

Seeding Kerala

Investing in early-stage startups is truly an art and is trending in the global level. “Seeding Kerala” is a golden opportunity for investors in Kerala to be a part of this trending investment scenario as well as to involve in bringing new solutions to life.

The event is scheduled for two days in two parallel tracks. On the first day, the general track meant for all registered startups and another track for investors will be held. Fundraising experiences, fundraising opportunities in Kerala and panel discussion will be the general track. Workshops by LetsVenture and session by Konglo Ventures will be the side track.

Seeding Kerala

There will be a presentation on Kerala startup ecosystem in the year 2016 as the winding up session. On the second day, the first track constitutes a startup workshop and policy discussion chaired by the representative from KSUM, Angels, and VCs will be the second track. The policy discussion is going to be a vital moment for Kerala startup ecosystem.

VC Investment Trends in 2016 & predictions for 2017 is the one important session happening on this day which will be chaired by representatives from IDG, Unicorn Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures & LetsVenture. Then the selected five startups will be pitching before investors, which is going to be the milestone of the event.
